Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Pay at Property Bookings

If you selected "Pay at Property," no money was collected online. You may cancel your booking at any time through your Guest Dashboard. However, frequent cancellations or "no-shows" will result in your account being banned from using the Pay at Property feature.

2. Advance Deposit Bookings (Online Payment)

To secure your room instantly, Room Pocket charges a 10% advance booking fee. This 10% deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• If your travel plans change and you cancel your trip, you will not be charged the remaining 90% balance, but the 10% online deposit is forfeited.
• In the rare event that a Host cannot accommodate your confirmed booking, or denies you entry upon arrival, Room Pocket will issue a 100% full refund of your advance deposit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Hourly / Transit Stays

Due to the fast-paced nature of micro-stays, all Transit Stay bookings are final. The 10% advance deposit is non-refundable under any guest-initiated cancellation.

4. How to Request a Host-Fault Refund

If your host failed to provide the room, please contact us immediately at bookings@roompocket.com with your Booking ID (#) and a brief explanation. Our team will investigate and process your refund via Razorpay.
